With over 15 years of experience in the mortgage industry, I've happily closed more than 2,000 loans. We met Oscar back in 2017 thru our agent that was helping us to get our 1st home. Meeting Oscar and working with SIMPLY MORTGAGE has been the best thing that has happened to us. I lost my sister in 2016, she left behind 2 kids and I already had 2 kids of my own. I had a tiny 2-bedroom apartment and was very pricey. Raising 4 kids and dealing with struggles in San Diego CA, my husband convinces me to start looking for a home but far away, I was scared. But was the best decision. Oscar made the process very easy and fast. We got a beautiful house in Lancaster CA. In 2021 Oscar did it again and help us with the refinancing of our home since we got it with a little high interest rate, he did it fast and everything was very convenient, I never left home. Now at the end of Dec. 2023, we have decided to upgrade our house and we are looking forward to Oscar's and simply mortgage in their full support. I can't wait to see what 2024 has for all of us. Because Oscar has been like an angel in our family transitions, definitely simply mortgage will be our 1st choice!
